The challenges and goals: Create complete brand strategies and marketing campaigns for both Consider Biking and its bold initiative -- 2 BY 2012, which has the stated goal of significantly increase the number of days that central Ohio citizens ride to work, school or for errands.
The big idea: Working closely with Consider Biking, we built the 2 BY 2012 brand from scratch: starting with the strategic campaign, "The shift is on." The brand, and all campaign components such as turn-key materials, a web site and all partner materials, were developed to appeal not only to a modern audience, but also the corporate managers who are ultimately responsible for signing a company up as a partner.
The result: Awareness of 2 BY 2012 has started rolling quickly and Consider Biking is realizing impressive registration numbers. The brand's active, strong, unique look and feel has helped launch this program to great success.
